Project Completed in Summerville, SC

We replaced the deck on top of the screened porch because the old deck was leaking into the screened porch. We used AridDek waterproof decking, and Timbertech Railing for a very low maintenance 2nd story deck.

Just Completed 4 track porch on the Isle Of Palms, SC

This project involved removing two decks not adequate to support a porch. We built a deck 19′ x 15′ with continuous concrete footing  and rebar.  The porch was finished with a  4 track vinyl window and door system, T&G  yellow pine pressure treated wood decking and ceiling with notty cypress 6″ beaded board. Then we built a 19′ x 11′ connecting deck dropped down to the level of the sun room requiring box steps at the new porch and the entrance to the home.  All construction required Engineering stamp and hurricane structuring and strapping.
